Juggling between multiple roles, from Researcher to Motion Designer to Strategy Designer buying in for new features to Customer Experience Designer to Design System Expert to Workshop Host.

Market presence (Insurance) in Thailand, Japan, Philippines, Cambodia and Indonesia. With fan and lifestyle users in other APAC regions as well.
Story Highlight
Working on a fast paced insurance product, with little domain knowledge - it was a challenge. But with understanding user from constant data monitoring, we crafted experiences that added value.
Impact
The product has seen significant increase in NPS and emotion score. It also was one of the top 5 lifestyle product in Thailand. Since the revamp, we have seen increase in activities and continuous usage.
Learning
As an in-house consultant/ designer - I got to work closely with data and see how the users interact with the designs. From constant changes, to the product winning awards, this experience taught me alot.
